I went searching for shorebirds at these two Stark Co. reservoirs today.  Walborn had decent habitat, while Berlin had excellent mudflats.  Highlights at Walborn were: wood ducks, 45 double-crested cormorants, green heron, 3 osprey, 2 semipalmated plovers, 2 solitary sandpipers, 22 lesser yellowlegs, 4 pectoral sandpipers, 4 Caspian terns, e. kingbird, Carolina wren, e. bluebird, and indigo buntings.  Berlin L. had: wood ducks, 30 double-crested cormorants, 15 great blue herons, great egret, black-bellied plover, 2 semipalmated plovers, 2 spotted sandpipers, 7 solitary sandpipers, 14 lesser yellowlegs, 2 greater yellowlegs, 18 least sandpipers, 5 semipalmated sandpipers, 12 pectoral sandpipers, 125 ring-billed gulls, and red-eyed vireo.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
