The old concrete pier from the amusement park at Chippewa Lake may most
easily be observed from the west side of the lake at the Chippewa Lake Boat
Ramp:

A scope is extremely helpful as you are looking across the lake. Park in
the visitor spaces in the parking lot so as not to interfere with boats
that may be launching from or returning to the boat ramp.
