Every time I go to the pond at Lawrence Woods, I see more Red-headed
Woodpeckers. Today there were 14 both at the pond and along the East and
North side. Both adult and juvi.
I also had 4 Barred Owls calling. One close to the NE corner, three
calling from farther out one of those three had a high call.

A few Warblers are filtering through. Most are around the edges. Last
weekend I had an Orange-crowned Warbler at the entrance gate...first one
for me there.

If you still need Red-headed Woodpeckers, Lawrence will give it to you in
spades. :-D

Happy Birding and God bless!

Steve J.
