I was at Villa Angela/Wildwood Parks 9/23 from 10am o 1:30pm.  There weren't a lot of new migrants and I only had six species of warblers:  Magnolia 4, Blackpoll 2, Black-and-White 1, Redstart, Ovenbird 1, Common Yellowthroat 1--- Had one Brown Thrasher, three juvenile Black-crowned Night-Herons in Wildwood, Swainson's Thrush 4, and 2 or 3 Red-breasted Nuthatches (1 near mobile home park fence in tall pine and 2 first seen by Mark Anderson near bathhouse) and approx. 17 Chimney Swifts near Lakeshore Blvd. ---------------But today (9/24) things were different - I was there from 9:45 to 12:20pm. It was windy so the warblers were dive bombing into trees and were hard to find-only found five species warblers: Nashville 1, Magnolia 2, Blackpoll 1, Redstart 1, Wilson's 1. ----But I had six new species today---Golden-crowned Kinglets ~ 8 mostly in Villa Angela near lake, Ruby-crowned Kinglets 9-10 (both parks-some along creek in Wildwood near willow over creek, White-throated Sparrows ~ 20 throughout both parks, Swamp Sparrow 1, Brown Creeper 2, Winter Wrens 4 (3VA-1WW). Also 3 Brown Thrashers, and (4) juvenile Black-crowned Night-Herons in Wildwood in willow over creek, Swainson's Thrush 6.
Also, at Sims Park 9/23 had one Red-breasted Nuthatch and about 25 Chimney Swifts-
