Several of us were combing the trails at Blacklick Woods MetroPark this morning, finding a fair fallout of birds, mostly in small flocks scattered through the woods. Sunny spots like the shore of Ashton Pond were particularly active. Highlights for 2 hours included:

Flycatchers - plenty of Wood Pewees (8-10), but also saw Least and Acadian Flycatchers
Vireos - 4-5 Red-eyed, as well as a Warbling.
Thrushes - the first few Swainson's, along with 1 calling Wood, and plenty of Robins
Warblers - 14 Species, including 1 Nashville, 10+ Magnolias, 5 Chesnut-sided, 4 Blackburnians, 6 Black-thr.Greens, 2 Black-thr.Blues, 2 Black&White, 16+ Redstarts, 2 Blackpolls, 3 Bay-breasted, 1 Ovenbird, 2 Hooded (both males), 1 Canada, 1 Wilson's
