The Pelicans remain as of 10/10 2:00pm EST. According to a couple of locals, they have been there since 9/19. They were huddled against the shoreline at the Mercer Wildlife Area, and can be seen from the West Bank picnic area. You might also try the state park peninsula which is about 1/4 mile closer. Park in the small gravel lot just to the south of the bridge over Coldwater Creek off of route 127. Walk to the end of the peninsula and look SSW. They will occasionally fly over near the tip of the peninsula and feed.
