I am not sure if the bird is still there. But, I received a request for location info.
The park is an eBird Hotspot in Cuyahoga County:

GPS: 41.385795, -81.737297

Park along Ridgewood Lakes Drive where there is wooden fencing. This road is one way, and is accessed from West Ridgewood Drive. Please be careful when driving because the neighborhood families bring their children to the park.
There is no parking on Roycroft Drive on the other side of the lake.

Another place to bird in the area is West Creek Reservation which is part of the Cleveland Metroparks in Cuyahoga County.

The Watershed Stewardship Center in this Cleveland Metropark is worth a stop, too.
