One perched on utility pole east side of Spring Road just south of Spring Road Church Of Christ.  
This is the same location I spotted one early in December 2015 and later that month during Christmas Bird Count (Hoover Reservoir count) there were 2. 
Have been spotted from Highlands Park north on Spring Rd. To south of the church. 
Hopefully will be around for the winter. 
I'll keep checking.
