  Blendon Woods Metro Park is located in the northeast corner of Columbus
off of I 270 & Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit

  Below is a list of some of the Birds seen today

 I would like to thank the Metro Park visitors who helped find these birds.
The best time to Bird is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

     Lincoln Sparrow
     Rose-breasted Grosbeak
     Red-tailed Hawk
     N Flicker
     Pileated Woodpecker
     Ruby-crowned Kinglet

  Lake Trail
     Warblers
          Bay-breasted
          Blackpoll
          Chestnut-sided
          Black-and-white
          Black-throated Blue
     Hairy Woodpecker

 Thoreau Lake
     Herons
          Great Blue
          Green
    Belted Kingfisher
    Red-shouldered Hawk
    Cooper's Hawk
