Very birdie at the flying field this morning in Greene Co. 9 species of sparrow and wintering birds such as Brown Creeper and Yellow-bellied Sapsucker have returned. The goal this morning was to look for Nelson's and Le Conte's sparrows but no luck. The habitat seems promising here. If you're in the Dayton area and wanting to look for these two I'd recommended here. Also of note two warblers Palm Warbler and Tennessee Warbler. Good amount of golden rod so I'd keep an eye out for Orange-crowned Warbler.
