A single snow bunting was in the courtyard by the bus lot at Chardon High School. It must have gotten blown off course; I had just been looking for the Headlands flock on Sunday, to no avail. It was there all day.
My students enjoyed viewing the bird, and I shared the Cornell pictures, song, and range with them. It was feeding on rapeseed, etc, that grows wild outside.
