That's an easy question.  If you know the ID (Mandarin Duck), report a Mandarin Duck.  Put whatever you want in the comments.

Probably an escaped bird, and if so, brings up the question: what is the
proper protocol to submit sightings in eBird? Hide the checklist from eBird
output? Don't submit it at all? Use duck sp and fill in the comments?
