Hi all. I finally figured out a wretched issue with an iPhone mail glitch, and can now cross post to the listserv as much as possible. This morning I found a basic plumage Pacific Loon off Rocky River Park (Cuyahoga). After several minutes, it picked up to the east. Within the hour I checked off Lakewood Park and what was most assuredly the same Pacific Loon was foraging 500 ft offshore. It was present for under ten minutes before flying back to the west towards the Rocky River Park cove area. Scoters are present in good numbers from Huntington Reservation east to Edgewater Park. A Red-throated Loon flew past Rocky River Park as did three Common Redpolls both this a.m.
