There is an adult Black-headed Gull at Conneaut Harbor, around 10:15  It's feeding along the east breakwall with several hundred Bonaparte's gulls.  There have also been a couple Franklins gulls feeding in the same area.  The sandbar is inaccessible due to high waves.
