I have been at the Wildwood Marina on the east side of Cleveland since before 1pm - there is a female Long-tailed Duck diving under the metal docks just south of the breakwall at the north end - also eight Redheads and one Canvasback just flew in to join two other Redheads.  It just started to rain or something like sleet.
