We went to the Wellington Upground Reservoir in Lorian County this morning
hoping that there might be some open water. Alas, the reservior is frozen
solid. One American Crow was picking at a fish on the ice and a Bald Eagle
was sitting a tree on the north side of the reservoir -- but no ducks or
geese. There was some open water on the trail in the Wellington
Reservation, but just a few Mallards and Canada Geese were there.
