I don't know about long term trends, but I counted 13 on Dec. 19, 2016, and 9 on Jan. 4, 2017, in South Charleston, Clark Co. They have been seen at this location since 2011.

We live in Cuyahoga County. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Eurasian Collared-Dove up here—in fact, I don;’t think I’ve ever seen one in Ohio. I have seen them in Palm Beach County, in Florida, and I think in NYC, so I’m sure I would recignize one if I saw it.
