Hikes around several forest & edge trails at this MetroPark southwest of Columbus found few early migrants on this mild morning. I stopped at Indian Ridge Prairie & Terrace Trail, and the Georgesville & Cedar Ridge area. Killdeer were at many locations, and flyover Horned Larks were regular, but most of the wintering sparrows appear to have moved north. Blackbirds were widespread, with Redwing males at several locations, and small grackle flocks around the Georgesville and Cedar Ridge areas.
