The larger early migrants appear to be on the move here along the Big Walnut Creek corridor east of Columbus. Yesterday we had several small kettles of Turkey Vultures (totaling 10 birds), plus a pair of Black Vultures, soaring overhead moving north. Not to be outdone, today Diana looked up and had 8 Sandhill Cranes flying over late this morning. Keep one eye on the sky these next few weeks, especially if you're near a river corridor.
