I spent a few hours this afternoon birding around Innis Park and the bikepath south of it, finding a few interesting birds despite the overcast drizzle. Most notable were
Bald Eagle - 1 adult was flying up the creek at Innis. These birds seem to be patrolling both Big Walnut Creek and Alum Creek with regularity now.

E.Phoebe - 1 was calling along the bikepath south of Innis

BrownCreeper - 1 was calling along the creek between the bikepath and Mock Park

E.Bluebirds - several were along the bikepath south of Innis

Fox Sparrows - singles were at Innis and along the path south of there.

Blackbirds - nowhere near as common here as in outlying areas, but there were still 4-5 along the bikepath
