I observed the Merlin again this evening at 5:25 at Greenlawn Cemetery on Romig Rd. in Akron. It was not on its preferred perch due to the presence of about 100 rowdy American Crows. It was on a stanchion in Section K when first seen.

It flew, then eventually landed on a stanchion in Section K/L and was there when I left at 5:40 pm.

I have been submitting all my sightings of this Merlin to eBird, but eBird has not been including my sightings of Feb.21, 23, or 28 in the daily Rare Bird Alerts for some reason, although other Merlin observations in the state are being included. I’ve submitted photos, as well.
