I stopped at several parks along the SciotoRiver Gorge in Dublin, and found them with good numbers of early migrants this morning. Stops at Kiwanis Park, Sawmill Wetlands, O'ShaughnessyDam, TwinLakes, Amberleigh Park, Donegal Cliffs, and Indian Run Park found lots of singing resident birds, plus

TurkeyVultures - every site had some; the dam had the most with 12
Killdeer - calling birds were at several different locations
Bonaparte's Gulls - none at the dam, but 36 were at Twin Lakes
Sapsucker - 1 was working cottonwood trees at Donegal Cliffs Park
E.Phoebes - every stop had at least one
Tree Swallows - birds were jousting over boxes and cavities at Kiwanis and Twin Lakes
BrownCreeper - only one, in the riparian woods at Kiwanis
WinterWrens - singing birds at O'Shaughnessy Dam and Amberleigh Park
Kinglets - Golden-crowns were widespread, but also had a Ruby-crown at Kiwanis
CedarWaxwings - a pair were feeding on buds at Kiwanis
Chipping Sparrow - singles were at Sawmill Wetlands and Twin lakes
Swamp Sparrow - 1 was singing in a fen at Kiwanis
Fox Sparrows - singing birds were at Sawmill, Kiwanis, and O'Shaughnessy Dam
Blackbirds - Redwings, Grackles, and Cowbirds were widespread
