I visited these two migrant traps south of downtown Columbus this morning before the main rain moved in around 10. There was no major fallout, but there were modest #s of migrants at both sites, including

Flycatchers - 2 Great Cresteds were calling at Scioto Grove
Swallows - both parks had small groups of Trees, Rough-wings, and Barns
Vireos - Red-eyed were singing at both parks, and Berliner also had singing Warbling (6) and White-eyed
Gnatcatchers - one of the most common migrants, with 25+ over the morning
Thrushes - only Wood Thrushes, but they were common at both sites; Scioto Grove had 7-8 singing
Mimids - singing Gray Catbirds were at both sites
Warblers - Lots of Yellow-rumps (20+ at SciotoGrove, 30+ at Berliner), but also had Nashville, Yellow, Parula, Yellow-throated, Prothonotaries (2 at Scioto Grove, 4 at Berliner), and Palm
Rose-br.Grosbeaks - 3 were singing in the forest at Scioto Grove
Sparrows - small flocks of White-throateds were still at both locations, along with the expected Songs & Fields
Orioles - 3 Baltimores were singing at Scioto Grove, while the field at the south end of Berliner had a singing Orchard
