Irene Krise just called me to report that she and Jerry Talkington have a juvenile Golden Eagle in flight over the east end of Stillfork Swamp in eastern Carroll Co.  The best general roads I can give you is Mark Rd near Moonwind Rd.  This is just west of Mechanicstown.
