Subject: [Ohio-birds] Clark County - Gallagher Fen

A few of us visited Gallagher Fen in Clark County this morning. It is east
of Springfield on Old Columbus Road. We had a good list of warblers and many
other species.

2  Ovenbird
5  Blue-winged Warbler
3  Black-and-white Warbler
6  Nashville Warbler
3  Common Yellowthroat
2  Hooded Warbler
2  Cape May Warbler
4  Cerulean Warbler
3  Northern Parula
1  Blackburnian Warbler
3  Yellow Warbler
12 Palm Warbler
30 Yellow-rumped Warbler
1  Prairie Warbler
4  Black-throated Warbler

We also recorded three species of vireos, Indigo Buntings, both orioles,
Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, and a few Scarlet Tanagers. We also recorded all 7
woodpecker species. It was really active this morning.
