Greetings!

I just got word that 30 American White Pelicans just dropped into Big
Island Wildlife Area. ...I just missed them.  They must be in the most
Eastern pond on LaRue Prospect...That is where they usually hang out when
they are here.  They should hang around for a day or two.

Possible Ross's Goose hanging around the western side of the center pond in
that same complex...

Marsh wrens heard and seen calling along the western edge of the western
pond.

Lots of other good birds around big Island.  Shorebirds are all along SR
95. Check the raised pond along SR 95 for shore birds as well, it is still
muddy from being drained.
