The steady drizzle appears to have grounded some temperate migrants in a few of the isolated parks around the east edge of the Columbus airport (John Glenn International). I stopped at Pizzuro, Price Road, and Whitehall Community Parks, as well as along Bridgeway Drive near the north runway, and found mixed migrants, with no great fallout, but good diversity, including:

Flycatchers - Great crested and E.Phoebe
Vireos - Warbling most common, but also had White-eyed, Red-eyed, Yellow-throated
Red-br.Nuthatch - one was working through an oak tree at Whitehall Community Park
Gnatcatchers - common in most riparian areas is several parks
Kinglets - single Ruby-crowns were at Pizzuro and Whitehall Parks
Thrushes - Swainson's in many thicket areas; also had calling Wood Thrush at Pizzuro
Mimids - Catbirds abundant; also had Mockingbirds along Bridgeway
Warblers - 9 species, with Yellow-rumped and Palm most abundant, but also had Yellow, Parula, Nashville, Chesnut-sided, Black-thr.Greens, Yellow-throated, Black&White
Grosbeaks, Buntings - Rose-br.grosbeaks & Indigo Bunting at Pizzuro
Sparrows - White-throated and Songs common, but also had 1 White-crowned at Pizzuro park
Orioles - Baltimores common in riparian areas along Big Walnut Creek (Pizzuro - 4, Whitehall - 2)
