All,
Robert Batterson found a breeding plumage Laughing Gull perched at the end of the boardwalk at Hoover Reservoir (Delaware Co) around 10 am today. The bird was still present for me and others through noon. Also present were flyover Black Terns and a few Ruddy Turnstones also on the boardwalk, in addition to the normal residents and migrants.
