So, some stations are playing decent amounts of Connells and others are
skipping them.  Is there anything that we can do?  I request the Connells a
lot here in Ohio but the stations say "sure" and then never play it.  I do
live in the same town with a supposedly-good station, WOXY.  It's that
popular-alternative stuff, which is not horrible but it seems that a few
people (Music director, program director) have a great deal of control.  I
have talked to several djs and they have told me that if the music director
doesn't like a band--they have to be "BIG" to be played.
 
So, what can we do?  What do you folks suggest?
