Because of the current status of OCEAN there is a question about mail that I am
sure others are also wondering about.
 
Has any mail been lost (either incoming or outgoing)?  Is all mail being safely
held until the system is back?  For example, I knew something was wrong
yesterday when I did not receive my usual "copies" of mail I tried to send -
are these messages being held?
