I strongly recommend talking with Dr. Bob Ricketts of Penn State.  We use
him to do outdoor leadership activities on our programs.  He is great at
tieing the concepts of the session back to the work place and to the rest of
the program.  He fully has an understanding of the type of participant you
are working with.  And since he is so active in our programs, he has
experience working with international participants in general and middle
east specifically.  His personality works very well in these environments.
In addition to doing this work at PSU (this is the area he teaches through
Health and Human Development) he works with Outward Bound -- and has for a
long time.
