Ok, Ok, now lets not get carried away. As I mentioned to my revered
colleague, Jeff Truelsen. I was only providing information, I have
no vested interest, and wasn't responsible for the trademark effort
in the first place, but after all with all the copyright bruhaha, you
want to be aware, I think.
I think its a good idea if we all trademark our logos, and program
names! Remember when AMA tried to sue all of us for using the term
Center for Management Development, about two years ago? You can't be
too careful!!!!!
