Let me second Looking Glass -- there are two versions -- University and full
length. Three ways to have it -- send people to CCL; hire CCL or qualified
providers; or bring it in house.
The Defense Systems Management College has used it for over ten years. It is
very effective for managerial/executive mid life assessments, providing
specialists with a behavioral experience to decide if they would like to
supervise and manager, or to apply theory and see how an organization might run
and your impact on its operation.

Hi
A good simulation I just went through is the "Looking Glass", it is done by
the Center for Creative Leadership. You need to buy it from them ($220
approximately) and you can administer it yourself. It includes 18 people in
a glass company.
If you need more information on this simulation, I encourage you to contact
the Center for Creative Leadership.
Hope it helps.
Sari.
