There are currently 2 supported methods to do this:

1) To print a file, use the TPRINT command at the $ prompt. For example,
        $ TPRINT FNAME.EXT

2) To print a mail message, use the PRINT/TERMINAL=PRINTER command at the
EMAIL> prompt.

I've been working on an actual ROUTE command. Based on testing and finding
time to complete it, we may be able to roll it out this summer. Stay tuned
for more details.
