I've noticed an amazingly huge lag while using PPP.  It doesn't really
matter when using FTP or Netscape or anything, but with typing, it can be
a bit of a pain.  Is it something with the modems?  The configuration?
I'm using a Mac PowerBook 540c, MacTCP, FrePPP 1.0.5, and a 14.4 modem
(tho' connecting at 19k).
