Salutations All,

My Too Sense
------------
It has been a rough summer. Disappointing new discs by
The Cure, Neil Young, and now The Connells.
I'm a big fan of great (guitar) melodies. With the exception
of "Maybe", where are the signature songs that "pulled me in"
during the first ten seconds( Get a Gun, Running Mary, Disappointed,
New Boy, All Sinks In, etc.)? At least Neil never
loses his melodic sense. Anways, I am looking forward to seeing
The Connells live again.

Good Airplay in Pittsburgh(Pittstown, Transylvania)
---------------------------------------------------
Yes, I know that Pittsburgh is a joke of a city.
But, public radio station WYEP(91.3) is playing WFAD. They
have spotlighted the disc(Maybe, Adjective Song, etc.). In
addition they did a "now and then" feature with 74/75 and Maybe.

This station plays music such as Dar Williams, The Nields,
The Cure, Neil Young, Pete Droge, REM, Patti Smith, Pearl Jam,
Talking Heads, Rusted Root, U2, Crowded House, October Project,
Heather Nova, Son Volt, etc. They have definite pull down here, filling the
Rosebud Cafe with hundreds of people for October Project. Through WYEP's
airplay new fans will be converted.
