Would anybody with these tapes be interested in circulating them for us
latecomers to the list?  Although I can take a guess, I'm not familiar with
how a tape tree works (make a copy for the next person/couple of people on
the list?), so any advice would be appreciated.  Even if not a tape tree, if
someone could e-mail me, I'd be willing to send someone a check to cover
costs of reproducing/mailing the tape to me.  Thanks.
