I have a client that is looking for an in-house program on Purchasing
Managment. They would like the seminar to include most or all of the
following topics:
 
           Value Analysis
           Cost Price Analysis
           Inventory Control
           Purchasing Negotiations
           Selecting and Improving Vendor Performance
           Measuring and Improving Performance as a Buyer
 
Preferably, the seminar leader should be in N. California, but we would
appreciate all recommendations.
