I don't know how to make Eudora put this in, but I do know that PMDF will
insert it if it doesn't exist. At some point, we plan to move
MAILFWD.MUOHIO.EDU from pointing at Rose to pointing to Stream. After we
make this change, PMDF (the mail program running on Stream) should begin
inserting this header into the messages.
