Re-installing 'Dialup Networking' could mean a few things.  Did you try going
into Start-Settings-Control Panel-Network (right click NetHood-Properties) then
highlight TCP/IP then Remove then OK (not the X)....then restart Win95....then
go back into the Network Control Panel and re-add the TCP/IP?  If you did, did
 you
notice it copying files when you clicked OK to get out?  It should have prompted
for Win95 disks/CD or copied from a set on the hard drive.  If that doesn't get
 'em
for you, you could brute force install them from the install CAB files using the
EXTRACT.EXE utility....iiick.
