Customer Service & Customer Loyalty are the core areas of my consulting
companies business. Depending on focus you could have:
Richard Whitely or Diane Hessan co-authors of  The Customer Driven Company
and Customer Centered Growth;
or Jane Carroll the President of my line of business - Jane is the author of
an article in the April 14th Edition of Fortune Magazine
we've got some other folks [such as myself] but the above are the top of the
pack.
