>Richelle - we do this only as an in-house. There is a person here in
Cincinnati who is the Executive Director of the Center for Dispute
Resolution who leads our session. He uses the HArvard Negotiating Project
approach (win-win) and material.
We also use a locally based Federal Mediator to help lead a short session
for our executive program. Same approach and material, but shorter.
Have not tried to run it as a public for a long time. You need a critical
mass of people to make the exercises work, so it is hard to recover cost if
you fall short of the required number of participants - even if you have
enough to cover your out-of-pocket.
Call me if you need anything else.
