We have a thing like this in Charlotte.  It's a pavilion-type thing
with reserved seats, but there's also a lawn area that's festival.
Usually the lowest priced tickets are lawn area.  You can call
TicketFacists...oops, "Master"...to ask about ticket prices and
availability.  There might be a phone number on the Ticketmaster
website.
