Did we ever clear up the tape trading policy?  Doesn't a tape tree fall
under tape trading?  We've run a few successful tape trees on this list
in the past so I'm very confused.  I thought the main policy was that no
one could profit from the tapes.  And if you did make a profit, well, we
would hunt you down and kill you.

So does anyone know the true policy, should we wait for Art's return?
