That is excellent!! I love Tommy
Keene's music.. I have met him a
couple of times and he is very cool
indeed. My friend was/is the singer
of the now broken up "Gin
Blossoms" they all loved Tommy
Keene.. everytime they came DC
they would have TK get on stage
and play a couple of songs.. as you
might know he grew up in
Betheseda MD.. and still lives
there..

Hi all,

Just found the following from Not
kame Recording Co.
(www.notlame.com;
[log in to unmask]):

Tommy Keene-Songs From The
Film-NOT OUT UNTIL July 14:
The biggest
re-issue surprise of the year!! Out
On Geffen Records in mid-July, this
is
the CD reissue of what many
consider Tommy's best record AND
it combines the
Run Now EP (minus "Kill Your
Sons" cover version) AND then
adds the previously
unreleased electric version of "Don't
Sleep In The Daytime", "Faith In
Love", "Take Back Your Letters" and
a cover of my favorite Flamin'
Groovies
song of all time, "Teenage Head"!

! A Pop Classic finally on
CD...Grade: A+/A! $16

I personally can't wait.
