I'm pretty sure it's TCP/IP only. On the server, configure the TCP/IP
control panel with Ethernet/Manually and make up the info. Then configure
tcp/ip on the other machines with other fake addresses, going by
increments of 1. Example:
192.168.0.1 <-- Server
192.168.0.2 <-- Client #1
192.168.0.3 <-- Client #2
etc.
Has anybody else tried this before? I recall having to do this on
home-made hybrid networks, so the PCs could get in on the action.
Otherwise, games are always a snap to set up using Appletalk. Alas...
