The Cincinnati Enquirer, Friday, Aug. 27
Letter to the editor regarding the claim of Snow and Allen's defense
attorneys that their clients' free speech rights are being violated says
"Why is it that when a black person uses racial and anti-gay slurs and is
chastised for them, their rights are being violated? But let a white
person say the same words, and he is labeled as racist and homophobic."

Dayton Daily News, Friday, Aug. 27
"Hits and misses" section says at the Snow/Allen trial "the defense
attorney led with a convoluted declaration: The men are not guilty of a
bogus hate crime, but if they were it would not be a crime...Because the
ex-students would have been exercising free speech rights in posting
anti-black and anti-gay fliers." Also says, "Whether these men or others
committed the hate crimes, their venom-filled fliers were equivalent to
shouting "Fire" in a crowded theater."

The Houston Chronicle, Monday, Aug. 16; The Commercial Appeal (Memphis,
TN), Sunday, Aug. 15

modest desires. Quotes Anne Bailey (family studies and social work).

Pennsylvania State University said Thursday.
And:
In looking to open a campus here, the University of Phoenix wants to help
