Pat McCarthy and I birded Wayne Lakes and some side roads this pm. Birds seen were Can. geese mallards red tailed hawk- 2 crow m dove red bellied woodpeckers downy woodpeckers horned larks C. chickadee white breasted nuthatch brown creeper 1 Carolina wren - in Greenville at my peanut feeder golden crowned kinglet- the best look I have ever had at one. robins BROWN THRASHER - discovered first a few days ago by Cindy Ploch at her feeders in Wayne lakes. starlings Am. tree sparrow wh. throated sparrow song sparrow juncos Lapland longspur at least 1 with a mixed flock of horned larks and snow buntings east of Fort Jefferson on New Madison-Fort Jefferson Road. or the road that continues on the east side of 121 from New Madison - Fort Jefferson Road. snow buntings at least 7 house sparrow ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
