Hi I was out at Squire Vallee View last night and heard what sounded very much like a chipping sparrow, except not quite as metallic as I remember. I was birding with an entourage (kids, sweetie, dogs etc) so I did not get the binocs on it but when it flew away it definately looked sparrowish. It seems early for chippies, any thoughts on other options?? Susan Ruth Marengo Northeast Cleveland Heights, Just South of America's North Coast Susan Ruth Marengo PhD, Associate Professor Depts.
