Right along with the other sightings of CREAGLES, those birds have returned to their roost trees along W High Street in Saint Marys, OH. Yesterday, there were about 12-15 of them soaring around. It's easy to see how someone might mistakenly identify them as Turkey Vultures or the famous Buzzards - but with careful study, it's easy to recognize the CR gene of the birds. A little more difficult to determine where the EAGLE gene is but - I'm not a biologist - just an Eagle lover, so maybe I"m a little biased. Oh well, I'm sure the "Buzzards" will make an appearance shortly and the Turkey Vultures will again fly freely throughout Ohio.
